Official Stage-Worn, Signed Belt Giveaway Rules

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility: The Duff McKagan Merch Prize Pack Giveaway ("Sweepstakes") is open only to those who sign up at the online sweepstakes page at Duff McKagan US and who are 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The sweepstakes is only open to legal residents of the United States and is void where prohibited by law.

2. Agreement to Rules: By participating, you agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein.

3. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on June 2nd, 2026 and ending June 28th, 2026.

4. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting an entry using the online form provided on this site. The entrant must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize.

  • Limit: One (1) entry per person/email address.

  • No Purchase Necessary.

5. Prizes: The Winner will receive one (1) Stage-Worn and Signed belt.  No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification: The Winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. The Winner will be notified via the email address used to enter within five (5) days following the winner selection.

7. Rights Granted by You: By entering this content, you understand that Duff McKagan US, anyone acting on behalf of Duff McKagan US, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry.

8. Terms: Duff McKagan US reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should (in its sole discretion) a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes.

9. Limitation of Liability: By entering you agree to release and hold harmless Duff McKagan US and its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly.

10. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy stated on the Duff McKagan US website.
